This class focuses on adding colour, creating texture and making 3-dimensional forms that can be used to make repetitive shapes for jewellery. The class will explore vitreous enamel, patinas, simple hand engraved textures and using a hydraulic press to create repetitive 3-dimensional shapes that can be used in a wide range of jewellery projects. We will also learn to make custom findings such as box snap clasps that can be customised to elevate designs. It is suitable for people with some jewellery making experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10am- 4.30pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this class you will learn how to use vitreous enamelling techniques and cloisonn\u00e9 wires to create a unique, colourful silver pendant. Cloisonn\u00e9 is a technique which is effective for a wide variety of designs ranging from simple to intricate, and therefore this workshop is suitable for all levels and experiences. All materials are included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make Day: Printing with Enamels<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Monday 6 July 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

10am – 4.30pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this class you will learn all about the exciting technique of enamelling with decals. You will learn how to fire the enamel in layers and use photo fusing paper to create a beautiful piece of art, which you can then turn into a beautifully decorative pendant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
