Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment: <\/strong>Payment is through the transaction service of this website. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping and Delivery:<\/strong> Shipping in the UK is by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery. A signature may be required. Currently the website is not set up to sell to other locations. If you are outside the UK please contact us to enquire about shipping options.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a delivery is missed and you do not collect your item from the post office within the time stipulated and the item is returned, the customer is responsible for the cost of posting again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns and Refunds: <\/strong>The buyer has a right to terminate the contract and return the item even if the item is not faulty in any way (this is the consumer’s right in UK law). You have the right to do this up to 14 days after receipt of the items and a full refund including the cost of the outgoing postage must be made within 14 days of the seller receiving the returned item(s). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. Unless faulty, bespoke orders are not eligible for a refund. Items being returned must be in original packaging and unused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Faulty items: <\/strong>We will not accept liability for items said to be damaged on delivery if not notified within 2 working days of delivery with accompanying images of condition. Faulty items will be subject to inspection. If the fault is deemed to be due to faulty manufacture the item will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do not accept liability for items damaged through normal wear or any mistreatment. If the item is inspected and deemed to be damaged from wear and tear or any mistreatment a quote for repair can be arranged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do not accept liability for any allergy to any jewellery product unless it can be shown that the materials used differ from that stated in the original description.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
